R. G-. Richardson and his sister, Mrs. Dexheimer, brought this suit in equity in the Pulaski Circuit Court to enjoin Miss Jennie Rachel Morrow from building a f ■mce across Short Street in the City of Somerset. The petition as supplemented by several amendments alleges a fence constructed by Miss Morrow obstructed Short Street and was a public nuisance which did the plaintiffs special damages by interfering with the ingiess and egress to and from their property which abutted cn Short Street.
