In this original proceeding, relator J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., As Trustee of the Red Crest Trust, seeks mandamus relief directing the 218th District Court of Karnes County to transfer venue to Tar-rant County, Texas. We conditionally grant mandamus relief.
