Motion by defendant husband for separate trials of two causes of action. The amended complaint sets forth two causes of action joinder of which was permitted by order of this court. The first cause of action prays for separation upon the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment and the second cause of action seeks to set aside a separation agreement.
