Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 1, 2012, which ruled that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
Claimant was employed as an administrative secretary in the employer’s human resources office from December 2000 to October 2010 until she was terminated for allegedly falsifying her time-keeping record.
