“The plaintiff, Helen C. Baker, complains of Samuel Born, defendant, and says, that during the years 1892, 1893, and 1894, said defendant was a warehouseman, doing business in the city of Lafayette, in said county and State, and during said years this plaintiff, then Helen C. Pickering, stored in said defendant’s warehouse 803 bushels and 6 pounds of corn, 525 bushels and 60 pounds in 1892 and 1893, the last being deposited July 18, 1893, and 337 bushels and…
