WOOLSOU, District Judge,

(charging jury.) I congratulate you.' that your labors in this case are so nearly ended; and I desire to as-j sure you that the court heartily appreciates your prompt and inter-ested attendance, and the careful attention yon have given to the] evidence as it has been introduced before you during this lengthy trial.
