1 1 Claimant Jimmy Baker seeks review of the trial court's May 13, 2009, order dismissing his claim for compensation. Based on our review of the facts and applicable law, we sustain the order under review.

FACTS

T2 Claimant first filed a claim for benefits on January 9, 2001, arising from a single-incident injury to both his right and left shoulders which occurred in July 2000.
