During the year 1906 the Meridian Light & Railway Company obtained from the municipal authorities of the city of Meridian the right to construct and operate a street railway line on certain streets in tho city of Meridian, one of the streets being Twelfth avenue. This avenue is only forty feet wide from property line to property line. The sidewalk on one side is-eight feet wide, and the sidewalk on the other side is nine feet wide, leaving a space for the street proper of twenty-three feet, down the center of…
