This is an appeal from the appellant’s conviction of two counts of capital murder and death penalty sentences for each count. Appellant raises three issues on appeal: 1) there is insufficient evidence to support his convictions; 2) the trial court erred in denying his motion for funds to obtain expert psychiatric assistance in preparing his defense; and 3) during the sentencing phase of the trial, the trial court erred in permitting evidence of the appellant’s conviction of capital murder committed subsequent to the present murders.
