Defendant, Ronald Earl Clay, appeals the sentence imposed following his guilty plea to one count of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, on or about March 9, 1995, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841. Defendant argues that the district court improperly (1) enhanced his sentence for using a juvenile in a drug trafficking offense pursuant to United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.) § 2D1.2; (2) increased his base offense level for being an organizer, leader, manager, or supervisor in a criminal activity involving less than five persons pursuant to…
