De Los Reyes v. Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.

Gabriel Angel de los Reyes appeals the trial court’s entry of summary judgment entered in favor of appellee Lindbergh’s Landing Homeowner’s Association who initiated a cross-claim in the underlying foreclosure suit to recover unpaid maintenance fees. We find no merit to de Ios Reyes’ argument that disputed issues of fact precluded the entry of summary final judgment as the record before us amply supports the trial court’s order entered in favor of Lindbergh’s Landing.
