Krieger v. Walton County Board of Commissioners

This case is before the Court from an order of the Superior Court of Walton County denying a request for declaratory and injunctive relief brought by John Krieger, Chairperson of the Walton County Board of Commissioners, and upholding certain ordinances enacted by the board in the exercise of Walton County’s home rule authority.
