The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages on account of the death of her son, Lloyd Smith, who was alleged to have been electrocuted in the potato warehouse of the defendants because of the negligence of the defendants. The defendants entered a general denial and claimed contributory negligence on the part of said Lloyd Smith. They also claimed that he was a trespasser and not then engaged in the performance of his duties nor acting within the scope of his employment. The trial was had to a jury.
