Defendant estate, represented by the administrator appointed in probate.proceedings, has appealed from a judgment rendered in plaintiffs favor by the circuit court of Cheboygan county. Certain material facts involved in the; controversy are not in dispute. In April, 1938, Mr. Campbell, who owned and resided on a farm, sought the services of plaintiff as a housekeeper.
