The question presented for our decision on this appeal from the Workmen’s Compensation Board is whether the compensation payable to the widow of a workman, who died as a result of injuries received in an accident suffered in the course of his employment, is to be measured according to the rate of compensation in force at the time the accident happened, or to that in force at the time of the death.
