Kent brought a suit in equity against Citizens Mutual Investment Association, a corporation having an office and doing business in the City of Atlanta, .seeking cancellation of certain evidences of indebtedness executed by the petitioner to the defendant, and to enjoin the defendant from notifying the postmaster of the City of Atlanta, where the petitioner is employed, of its claim of indebtedness.
