Plaintiffs, Walter Mercado-Salinas (“Mercado”) and Astromundo, Inc., brought this case in the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance against Defendants, Bart Enterprises International, Ltd. (“Bart”); Walter International Productions, Inc.; Watervision, Inc.; Waltervision Productions, Inc.; Walter Mercado Radio Productions, Inc.; Walter Mercado Enterprises Corp.; Arcane Creative LLC; and Guillermo Bakula.
