This action is brought to foreclose a mechanic’s lien. The parties defendant are the Deutscher Verein, the owner of the property, and the Edison Electric Illuminating Company. The present motion is for an order directing that the Samuel L. Moore & Sons Company be made a party defendant, or that the last-named company interplead as a defendant in place of the Edison Company as to the sum of $1,250.
