Christine Lang, a long-term licensed practical nurse (LPN), was injured on the job at Baptist Medical Center (Baptist) in Jackson, Mississippi, and the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission) awarded her temporary total disability benefits, found that she suffered a 20% diminishment of her wage-earning capacity, and awarded her permanent partial disability benefits.
