GREENE, Chief Judge:

Henry L. Gardner appeals, through counsel, a December 11, 2006, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) that found that the character of his discharge from service barred him from re ceiving VA compensation benefits. Record (R.) at 1-12. Mr. Gardner argues that in making that finding, the Board failed to provide an adequate statement of reasons or bases for its determination that he was not insane at the time that he committed the offenses that led to his discharge.
