Appellant Patchogue Nursing Center (“Patchogue”) appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, (Weinstein, Ch. J.), denying in pertinent part its motion for a preliminary injunction. Appellant sought injunctive relief barring appellees, Otis R.
