This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Winnebago County granting the defendant probation.

The defendant, Roy Curtis Cleveland, was indicted for the offense of theft on December 14, 1966. On January 4, 1967, the defendant entered a plea of not guilty. Various motions were filed by the defendant, including a request for a Bill of Particulars.
