The respondent, Harriet L. Michel, recovered a judgment against the petitioner for personal injuries in the Civil Court of Record for Dade County. On writ of error to the Circuit Court the judgment was affirmed. This Court is now importuned to review that judgment on certiorari.

These are the pertinent facts which gave rise to this case: Petitioner had a branch office at' Little River, Florida (a suburb of Miami) in charge of Mrs. A. A. Muller.
