MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case is before the Court on the Motion to Set Aside Confirmation Order and Dismiss Case (Doc. #37) filed by creditor Peggy Holder (“Holder”), and the Brief Memorandum in Opposition filed by the chapter 13 Trustee (Doc. #43). The Court has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334, and the General Order of Reference, as amended, entered by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
