Levy, J.:

The petitioner makes application for an order correcting the record of his naturalization by this court so that the date of birth of his son Charles Wolton shall appear as July 31, 1891, instead of July 31, 1889, as therein erroneously stated. Sufficient proof is adduced to establish the error and its inadvertence and to excuse the delay in making this motion. Notice of the application was given to the county clerk, as the custodian of the records of this court.
