Mello v. Board of Review of Newport

This petition for certiorari was brought to review a decision of the zoning board of review of the city of Newport- wherein the board granted an application for a variance to the terms of the zoning ordinance of that city. Pursuant to the writ the respondent board has returned to this court the records of the proceedings before it.
