This was a suit by defendants in error, as plaintiffs in the trial court, against plaintiffs in error, as defendants in the trial court, for the title and possession of a motor boat. The plaintiffs in the trial court seized the motor boat under a writ of sequestration, but it was surrendered to the defendants in the trial court by the sheriff under their replevy bond. The trial in the district court was before the court, without a jury. Judgment was there rendered for defendants.
