MEMORANDUM

JOAN N. FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Application of Chapter 7 Trustee to Employ Counsel. 1 Through his Application, War ren E. Agin, Esq., the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”), seeks to retain Thomas H. Curran (“Curran”), formerly with the law firm of Deutsch, Williams, Brooks, DeRen-sis & Holland, P.C. (“Deutsch Williams”), and now with the firm of Sherin and Lod-gen LLP.
