BEFORE THE COURT are Defendants’ and Barry A. Cohen, P.A.’s Objection to Magistrate’s Order on Plaintiffs Motion for Disgorgement of Payments Made by Defendants to Cohen & Foster (Dkt. 93) and TemPay, Inc.’s Motion to Enforce Magistrate Judge’s Order (Dkt. 100). Defendants and Barry A. Cohen, P.A. (the “Law Firm”)1 challenge the Magistrate Judge’s Order directing the Law Firm to deposit $100,000 received from Defendants as a “true retainer” into the Law Firm’s trust account pending resolution of this proceeding.
