The prosecutor appeals as of right the October 1, 1997, judgment of sentence pertaining to defendant’s conviction of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree involving a child under thirteen years of age, MCL 750.520c(l)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(l)(a). Defendant was found guilty by a jury of touching a seven-year-old girl on the buttocks several times after he helped her across a creek at a campground. Defendant was a stranger to the girl. The trial court sentenced defendant to two to fifteen years’ imprisonment with 122 days’ credit for time served. We affirm.
