The above entitled cause came on regularly for trial, and the Court having duly considered the evidence and being fully advised in the premises, now finds the following:

Findings of Fact.

1. Paper Makers Importing Co., Inc., one of the plaintiffs, is a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey, with its office and principal place of business in Easton, Pennsylvania. Hammill & Gillespie, Inc., the other plaintiff, is a corporation chartered under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its office and principal place of business in New York City.…
