This is an equity suit for the infringement
Of letters patent No. 401,916, granted to George Westinghouse and Frank Moore April 23, 1889, for an improved engineer’s brake-valve. By means of this mechanism, which is located in the cab of the locomotive, the engineer is able to exercise the necessary control over the brakes of the entire train, whether long or short. The specification contains the following general statement:
