This matter came on for non-jury trial on a former day. No witnesses testified, but it was agreed to by the parties that the stipulations made in open court, together with the supplemental stipulations submitted by the parties, the exhibits, and the depositions on file in the record, would constitute all of the testimony and evidence in the case.
