Reversing.
William Leonard Anderson appeals from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court wherein he was adjudged guilty of the crime of murder and his punishment fixed at death.
On November 18, 1944, which was Saturday, Mr. Louis Hamburg’s dead body was found lying on the floor in a small room at the rear of his store at 227 South Preston Street, Louisville, Kentucky.
