This action is a dispute over the custody of a minor child between the maternal grandparents, appellees here, on one side, and the father and paternal grandparents of the child, appellants, on the other side. It originated in the Chancery Court of Lafayette County, Mississippi, wherein appellees brought an original bill to modify a *872habeas corpus judgment previously ,rendered with the consent of all parties at a former term of the chancery court.
