This is an appeal, by the prosecutrix, from the order of the court of quarter sessions dismissing, after hearing, the desertion proceedings instituted by her. The proceedings were in all respects regular, but the argument of appellant’s counsel suggests the propriety of some reference to the subject of the extent of our revisory jurisdiction in such cases. It is well settled by numerous decisions that the Act of May 9, 1889, P.
