ORDER ON MOTION TO LIFT STAY

LEE M. JACKWIG, Chief Judge.

A telephonic hearing upon debtors’ and trustee’s resistances to a motion to lift stay filed on behalf of the Small Business Administration (SBA) was held before this court in Des Moines, Iowa. Anita L. Sho-deen appeared on behalf of the debtors. David Carter appeared on behalf of the Chapter 7 trustee, Donald F. Neiman. Linda R.
