Williams, Judge:

Andrew G. Clark died testate; and, after giving pecuniary legacies to a number of his friends and relatives, made the following bequest:

“All the residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I *19may be entitled at the time of my decease my executors will .convert into money as soon as may be without sacrifice and hand over to Drs. T. A. Harris, W. 1ST. Burwell, John H. Kelly, T. B. Oamden and W. H. Sharp, in trust, for the purpose of purchasing the Gale property at the Eastern end of Market Street, or other suitable…
