Braun, J.), entered March 6, 2014, which granted third-party defendants Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Nora Leonhardt’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the third-party complaint and all cross claims against them, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, and the motion denied.
