The relator is a banking corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut, where it maintains a statutory office. It has a place of business at No.' 60 Wall street,- in the city of New York, with an office staff .of fifty or more persons. It. maintains branches in the cities of Washington and San Francisco and at many of the commercial centers of foreign countries.
