Houghton, J.:
The defendant was indicted for the crime of robbery in the first degree as a second offense in that he had theretofore been convicted of the crime of grand larceny in the second degree. It is unnecessary to recite the details of the crime. After a careful examination of the record, we are convinced that there was abundant evidence to warrant the jury in finding that the defendant by force took personal property from the person of the complainant against his will, aided by an accomplice actually present, and hence committed the crime of robbery in the first degree.
