A jury found the defendant, a corporation, guilty of H *129homicide by motor vehicle under G. L. 90, § 24G (b),1 after a truck driver employed by the defendant struck and killed a police officer.2 On appeal the defendant contends that the judge erred in denying its motion for a required finding and its post-trial motion under Mass. R. Grim.
