INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs are members and trustees of Niagara-Genesee & Vicinity Carpenters Local 280 (“Local 280”) who have brought an action for damages and injunctive relief against certain trustees, officers, and managers of Local 280’s welfare and pension plans (“the plans”). On April 14, 1998, defendants Santo S. Scrufari (“Scru-fari”) and Gordon J. Knapp (“Knapp”) moved for summary judgment. Items 103-107.
