Appellants, Midwestern College of Massotherapy (“college”) and Robert T. McKinney, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming the order of the State Medical Board of Ohio (“board”), which denied the college a certificate of good standing and revoked the college’s provisional certificate of good standing.
