On October 13, 2006, I granted Defendant First Allmerica Life Insurance Company’s (“First Allmerica” or “Defendant”) motion to dismiss Plaintiff CS Stars LLC’s (“CS Stars” or “Plaintiff’) underlying suit for improper venue.
