MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on defendant’s Motion to Modify Final Order and plaintiff’s cross motion in opposition thereto.

The parties were married in St. Croix, V.I. on October 7, 19771 separated in January, 1979, and have not cohabited since that time.2 A Final Decree of Divorce by default was entered on April 5, 1979, the defendant having failed to answer, appear or otherwise defend.
