The plaintiff, executrix and trustee under the will of her father, John Vena, has brought this action to construe certain provisions of that will. The father died August 29,1953. His will was executed July 16,1953. He is survived by his widow, two sons and four daughters.

The first paragraph of the will provides for payment of debts, funeral expenses, etc. The second and third paragraphs read as follows: “second : I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Loretta Vena, of the said City of Bridgeport, for the remainder of her natural life or until she shall remarry, or until she expends any of…
