This case, which involves a tenant’s suit against her landlord for the lead poisoning of her infant child, comes before the court on defendant’s demurrer to the motion for judgment. A demurrer tests the sufficiency of the factual allegations contained in a motion for judgment to determine whether a cause of action has been stated. Fun v.
