This is an application to the Court, in the exercise of its original jurisdiction, for a writ of man- damns, requiring the respondent to issue to the petitioner a license to practice pharmacy, as provided by section 1120 of the Code of Laws.

The petition alleges:

I. “That the Pharmaceutical Association of South Carolina is a corporation under the laws of said State.
