Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Jurey, J., entered October 1, 1919, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiff, in an action on a policy of fire insurance.

This action is based upon an insurance policy, and recovery is sought for property damaged *104by fire. Tbe defendant denied liability, claiming that proofs of loss had not been furnished as required by the policy. The cause was tried by the court and a jury, and resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of one thousand dollars. From thei judgment entered on the verdict, the appeal is prosecuted.
